We've distilled decades of experience from working with diverse organizations and mentors into a powerful meta-practice for conscious leaders.
This meta-practice focuses on understanding and cultivating the essence of conscious leaders and teams, along with the outcomes they produce. It includes the daily practice of identifying your reactive and autopilot behaviours and their effects. Working with us, you also learn techniques to help you return to a conscious state of being(mindful).

Sprint: Leading Consciously
Our flagship Sprint program is a six-week exploration of the foundations of conscious leadership. It focuses on cultivating self-awareness and self-mastery by helping you “reprogram your mind to rewire your brain.” Offered via our online learning platform, this cohort-based journey features video lessons, learning pod discussions, and virtual integration sessions with your coaches.
Thrive: Becoming a Resilient Leader
Today building resilience means more than just bouncing back from challenges. It entails discovering how to adapt, learn and thrive in the face of adversity. Our Thrive program consists of two consecutive three-hour workshops that leverage the Resilience at Work® framework. The first workshop focuses on building your own resilience. The second workshop helps you develop caring connections and foster resilience in others.
Systemic Team Coaching: Activate Your Team’s Potential
Teams have the potential to be powerful instruments of change, innovation and impact. The reality, however, is that most teams operate in silos, leaving their collective intelligence and potential untapped. That’s where we can help. Gilles Brouillette, Ph.D.
Gilles is co-founder of Leadership Imperative Institute and co-founder and President of the Transformational Learning Institute. He has a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology. He is a Master Practitioner graduate in systemic team coaching and a Resilience at Work® practitioner. He is also certified as a Unique Self Coach by the Unique Self Institute.
Gilles is passionate about and excels at empowering leaders to grow up, wake up and show up in their full potential.
Monica Callon
Monica is co-founder of Leadership Imperative Institute, founder of Oncorp Coaching and an associate with Renewal Associates. She is a faculty member of the Global Team Coaching Institute, a Master Practitioner graduate in systemic team coaching and a Resilience at Work® practitioner. She is also a member of the Leadership Circle Profile® core debriefing faculty.
